By accessing and using CursorInfinity services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

CursorInfinity provides unlimited Claude-4-thinking/Claude-4 access for Cursor IDE users. Our service includes:

  • • Unlimited Claude-4 and Claude-4-thinking access
  • • No rate limits or model downgrades
  • • Support for up to 2 devices per account
  • • MAX model support on monthly and quarterly plans

3. User Responsibilities

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the service for illegal activities, spamming, or violating third-party rights.

Resource Usage: While we provide unlimited access, excessive abuse that impacts service quality may result in restrictions.

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance windows and unexpected technical issues may cause temporary service interruptions. We will notify users of scheduled maintenance in advance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of CursorInfinity are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using our service.

6. Limitation of Liability

CursorInfinity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Conditions

Service Not Delivered as Promised

If we fail to provide unlimited Claude-4-thinking/Claude-4 service as promised, you are entitled to request a full refund.

Technical Failures

If service interruption exceeds 24 hours due to our technical failures and cannot be fixed within a reasonable time, you may request a prorated refund.

Account Activation Issues

If you cannot successfully activate your account within 48 hours after payment, you may request a full refund.

2. Refund Timeframes

1-Day Plan: Refund requests within 24 hours of purchase
7-Day Plan: Refund requests within 48 hours of purchase
Monthly Plan: Refund requests within 7 days of purchase
Quarterly Plan: Refund requests within 14 days of purchase

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Service terminated due to user violation of terms of service
Service restricted due to malicious abuse of service resources
Service used for more than 50% of the plan duration
Service changes due to third-party reasons (e.g., Anthropic API adjustments)

4. Refund Process

Step 1: Submit Request

Contact our customer service team via email, explaining the reason for refund and providing order information.

Step 2: Review Process

We will review your refund request within 1-3 business days and reply with the review result via email.

Step 3: Refund Execution

After approval, refunds will be returned to your original payment account within 5-10 business days.
